Terminal A

When you arrive at Logan International Airport on any Delta, Delta Song, Delta Shuttle, Alaskan Air or Continental flight, you will arrive into “Terminal A”. After you have collected your luggage, you should proceed out the door in front of luggage carousel 1. Then take the cross walk to the Limousine/Sedan Pick Up You will see your chauffeur with a sign with your name in it. Terminal B

Active Curbside Pick-Up ONLY
When you arrive at Logan International Airport through terminal B, your plane will arrive at the UPPER level of the terminal. If you have checked bags, the luggage carousels are on the LOWER level. After you have received your luggage you must call our 24hr dispatch at 877-388-1401 to have your chauffeur sent to the terminal. Then you must go upstairs to the UPPER LEVEL to meet your chauffeur.

Terminal C

Active curbside pickup only
When you arrive at Logan Airport through terminal C you will find your chauffeured transportation on the departure level. If you have checked luggage, they will arrive on the lower level of this terminal. After collecting your luggage, please take the elevator or escalator to Level 2. You must call our 24hr dispatch at 877-388-1401 to have your chauffeur sent to the limousine designated area. Then take any of the three crosswalks to the third island out and you will see your chauffeur with a sign with your name on it.

Terminal E

When you arrive into Logan International Airport on any International or Southwest flight you will arrive through Terminal “E”. After you have cleared customs and have collected your luggage, follow the secure area route and exit the terminal through the left door. Once outside, take the cross walk to the third island, where you will see the limousine parking area. You will find your chauffeur waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Manchester Airport Pick Up Locations

When you arrive into Manchester Airport, and you have picked up your luggage, proceed out the main revolving door of the terminal. Take the pedestrian cross walk to the set of stairs. At the bottom of the stairs, look to your LEFT. This is where all scheduled limousines and sedans are instructed to wait for arriving passengers.
